Cherry Drew was born on 15th July in the year 1975 as Kara Elizabeth Drew and more than two decades later in the year 1999, she started her proper involvement in the wrestling by managing the IWF. This time around she also started to train as a wrestler under Gino Caruso to be a wrestler.

By 2003, she was primarily wrestling in a bunch of independent circuits and the year 2005 saw her start her wrestling career in the popular Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW). She was later signed to a development contract by WWE almost a few months later. In the month of January 2006 she made her debut in the world of OVW as the “Cherry Pie” and was an important member of the Throwbacks that later came to be called Deuce ‘n Domino.

This WWE Diva was always seen in a couple of roller skates. Kara Drew later dropped the “Pie” and was known as “Cherry”. The Throwbacks were later defeated by in a tag team match at the end of the year 2006 and the new champions also won Cherry’s services and she did accompany them to ringside. Cherry later turned down the new champs Spears and Runnels and decided to help Deuce ‘n Domino to win match up along with the OVW Southern Tag Team Championship belts.

Much later she shocked most of her SmackDown fans after she started participating in the SmackDown Diva contest and competed against the likes of Michelle McCool, Eve Torres, Maryse and Victoria. She cleared her way to the last two but then she was promptly defeated by Michelle McCool on the 4th of April in the SmackDown show. Her first match debut was against Victoria and Cherry emerged victorious due to some distraction as was brought about by Michelle McCool.

Cherry currently doesn’t appear with Deuce and Domino and the pair seems to be enjoying now with Maryse. Cherry had earlier slapped Mayse and later went on to win a couple of matches against her. Deuce and Domino had officially dumped Cherry and were seen hanging around with Maryse quite a lot. The team had also announced that they didn’t have anything to do with Cherry anymore and were leaving her. Later in the August of 2008, her contract with the WWE was terminated. According to many Cherry wasn’t meant for WWE as she wasn’t thin enough to be a WWE Diva.
